As a motor Insurance policy holder you will probably be familiar with the way most insurance companies now work, usually you will find your self dealing with an individual in a call centre, who can answer almost everything apart from the question that you want answered.
Many customers don't realise, that when they have their vehicle repairs arranged through their own Insurance company, they can decide where the car is repaired. Many people believe that they have to take their vehicle to th e Insurance companies’ approved repairer, but this isn’t the case - the customer decides! After all it is your car.
